Trenching Machinery
There are several types of trenching machines that we use. Certainly for short or complicated trenching we would use an excavator.
We have several excavators on the fleet so we would choose the most suitable one for the job. If the ground is rocky then an excavator is the only option.
If you require a long trench that is narrow for putting in water pipes, electricity cables, telecom cables or cable ducting then our ride on chain trencher may be the best option.
This machine is like a massive chainsaw that cuts through the ground continuously and deposits the soil just beside the trench.
In the right ground conditions it is the fastest and lowest cost way of trenching and it makes a nice neat job too.
